Books
The SUB Göttingen supports the publishing of books with various offers and activities.
Overview
The University Press publishes academic works by members of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and thus supports both electronic publishing in Open Access and print-based publishing.
The Open Access publishing of books or book contributions in Open Access anthologies can be funded via the Publication Fund, provided that at least one of the persons responsible belongs to the University of Göttingen or the publication is related to Lower Saxony.
The SUB Göttingen supports various initiatives that strengthen the open access publishing of books. These include, for example, publication platforms or free-buy consortia, but also initiatives that increase the visibility of open access books.
