Printing, scanning, copying
Media duplication and digitization are available at all locations of the SUB Göttingen.
At all locations of the SUB Göttingen you can copy or scan holdings yourself within the framework of the Copyright Act (UrhG).
For conservation reasons, this does not apply to
- Books and journals published before 1901
- Large formats, such as newspapers and special formats
- Manuscripts and estate materials
- Historical holdings of the map collection
- Files of the University Archives
You can also have copies and digital copies made by us via the order service. Please note that reproductions are only made of works that are free of copyright.
For printing, the procedures described on the studIT pages (students/private users) or direct printing via the GWDG account (university members) apply. Copies and printouts are charged at these prices via the print account. Scanning is free of charge, 3D prints are charged based on the amount of material used.
